(Columbia County) The state of Wisconsin has revoked licenses for 12 Columbia County wholesalers for failing to follow administrative requirements.
The Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles determined that Admirable Auto, Dream Motors, Flagship Auto, Forever Driven Motorclub, Global Auto Enterprise, Jah Auto Industry, Kona Road Auto, M & D Supreme Auto, Noble Automotors, RDJ Auto Sales, STL Auto Group, and Wheeler Dealer Auto Group violated state law when they failed to maintain a licensed business facility.
All wholesalers are co-located at 101 Skyline Drive in Arlington. The decision to revoke the licenses was affirmed by a hearing on June 5th. Following a 30-day appeal period, these revocations became final on July 5th.
Wisconsin Transportation Department’s Dealer and Agent Section licenses, regulates and resolves disputes about dealership sales and warranty repairs. It also investigates complaints about odometer tampering and title fraud involving dealerships and private sellers.
