(Friesland) Alsum Farms and Produce is celebrating 50 years in the Friesland community. To celebrate, they are inviting the public on Friday August 11 for plant tours of Alsum Farms production facility and Saturday August 12 for a Tater Trot 5k, a 2-mile run/walk, and a tour of Alsum Farms potato and pumpkin farms in Grand Marsh.
Attendees are welcome to browse the farm fresh market, the educational booths, and a meal provided by 95.3 WBEV. To register for either plant tour contact Ross Jeseritz at ross.jeseritz@alsum.com or (920)-348-6703. Organizers ask that you list the number of attendees and desired plant tour time.
