(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Administrative Committee discussed an ordinance change this week that would allow residents to care for chickens inside city limits. Committee Chair Zach Zopp asked for the item to be included on the agenda at the request of a constituent.
The committee ultimately decided to keep the ordinance prohibiting chickens unchanged. Officials had last considered, but decided against, allowing chickens in Beaver Dam city limits about a decade ago.
