Authorities Search For Suspect Who Stole Surveillance Cameras From Menards

(Johnson Creek) The Wisconsin Crime Alert Network has issued a bulletin for a high-priced retail theft suspect in Jefferson County. A woman stole $1500 worth of merchandise from the Menards in Johnson Creek last Thursday and again on Sunday, even after being confronted by employee. The items stolen – home video surveillance equipment – were hidden in her handbag. She is described as having a slender build, brown hair with visible tattoos was seen leaving in a Subaru Forester with license plates that turned out to be fake.
