Work To Begin Monday On Beaver Dam Library Roof

(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Community Library will begin roof renovations on Monday, March 18th. Library Administrator Sarah Cournoyer says the project will address roof defects and water leaks.

“It is about correcting some roof defects…those things include an improper pitch that has caused the shingles…to reach end of life sooner than you’d expect.”

The library will still be open for operations during construction, but visitors should be on the lookout for signage and exercise caution near the work site. J.H. Hassinger was given the bid for the project, and Nations Roof is completing the primary roof work. Funding was provided by the city of Beaver Dam’s Library Capital Improvement Project budget for 2023 and 2024.
