HORICON – United Way of Dodge County has awarded more than $5,000 to the Horicon Phoenix Baby Pantry to support local families with infants and young children.
The organization says the grant will help the pantry continue providing basic infant care supplies in the Horicon area and surrounding communities.
The pantry offers families access to diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, clothing, blankets, and other infant care items. United Way says those supplies can place a significant financial burden on parents and caregivers.
The Horicon Phoenix Baby Pantry assists families experiencing financial hardship, unexpected life circumstances, or temporary setbacks. The goal is to help meet the basic needs of babies and young children while allowing parents to focus on building healthy, stable homes.
United Way of Dodge County board member Felicia Bruyette says every child deserves a healthy start in life and every parent deserves to know they have community support.
Bruyette says United Way is honored to support the Horicon Phoenix Baby Pantry and its work to provide hope, dignity, and essential resources to local families.
United Way of Dodge County says the grant reflects its mission to invest in local programs that support health, education, and financial stability across Dodge County. The organization’s website says its mission is to improve lives by mobilizing and empowering the giving power of Dodge County.
