(ASHFORD) A tractor was destroyed in a fire at a Fond du Lac County dairy farm Wednesday night.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says dispatchers received a 911 call around 8:50 p.m. reporting a tractor fire at Clover Hill Dairy on Cloverland Drive in the Town of Ashford.
A deputy arriving at the scene found a John Deere 9460R tractor fully engulfed in flames on top of a haylage bunker.
The Lomira Fire Department and first responders were called to the scene.
Authorities say the tractor was considered a total loss. The haylage and bunker sustained minor damage.
Investigators do not believe the fire was suspicious. No injuries were reported.
