(Brownsville) A Sun Prairie man is accused of having inappropriate contact with a minor in Dodge County. Dylan Gile is facing multiple felonies including Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Cause a Child to View Sexual Activity, and Use a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime.
According to the criminal complaint, law enforcement started investigating the reported assault in October of 2021. The victim, who was 13-years-old at the time, allegedly said that the month prior Gile sexually assaulted her at her Brownsville home.
Gile is alleged to have also sent an illicit picture to the teen through Facebook messenger. If convicted, the 32-year-old faces up to 129-and-a-half years in prison. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 3rd.
