Referenda Questions Will Appear For Some Dodge County Voters On Tuesday’s Ballot

(Dodge County) Some voters will see school funding referenda questions on their ballots Tuesday.

The Markesan School District is seeking $950-thousand dollars each year for four years to maintain school district programs and operations.

The Hartford Union High School District is seeking $12-million dollars for an outdoor school facility improvement project consisting of: constructing, upgrading, renovating and equipping athletic fields and other facilities.

Meanwhile, in the Town of Westford, voters are being asked if garbage collection should be fully reimbursed by property owners as a special charge on their annual tax bill. A second questions asks Westford voters if the Town Clerk and Town Treasurer should be appointed positions.
