(BEAVER DAM) Beaver Dam’s Swan Park becomes a winter wonderland Friday. The Rotary Lights season starts at 5 p.m. Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt is also a Rotarian who spearheads the lights display every year. He told Daily Dodge is bigger and better than ever before. New this year is free hot cocoa from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays, and a couple of Friday nights, too.
“If you do want to give a bit of money to offset some of the cost, there’s a donation box on the left side of the trailer, or there’s a QR code if you’d like to it digitally,” said Schmidt.
The Rotary Lights display will be on every night from tonight through January 3rd. A complete schedule for Rotary Lights events this season can be found here.
