Registration is open for Beaver Dam Youth Football this fall. Youth football in Beaver Dam is open to kids in third through sixth grade. BDYFB runs flag football for 3rd and 4th grades and tackle for 5th and 6th grades.
Those planning on participating in tackle football, must attend a parent meeting on Wednesday, August 6th at 6:15pm at a site to be determined. Tackle league practice days are generally Monday through Thursday starting August 5th through August 21st from 5:30pm-7:15pm. They will shift to Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings starting September 8th. Games involve travel, with the schedule to be announced at a later date. The fee of the tackle football league is $140 per player.
The third and fourth grade flag football parent meeting is set for Wednesday, August 20th at 6:30pm at a site TBA. The flag football league practices are Wednesday nights at 6:30pm starting August 20th. Games are played on Saturday mornings August 23rd through September 27th at 9am and 10:30am. The final game night is Wednesday October 1st at 6pm. The cost for flag football is $65 per player.
The annual youth football camp for grades three through sixth will be held July 22nd and 23rd from 2pm to 4pm. Registration with T-shirt size must be completed by Monday, July 14th to receive a camp shirt. The registration fee is $25.
The annual Beaver Dam Football Flattail Golf Outing is also set for Sunday, August 3rd at Old Hickory.
