New Leadership Coming To Fox Lake, Waupun Prisons

(WAUPUN) New leadership is coming to two Dodge County prisons.

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections says Kenya Mason has been appointed warden at Waupun Correctional. Mason has served with the DOC for 28 years and is currently serving as deputy warden at Racine Correctional Institution.

DOC officials say Mason will bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to the role.

At Fox Lake Correctional, Brad Mlodzik has been appointed as warden. He has 25 years of experience in corrections and has held positions at Dodge, Fox Lake, and Waupun Correctional Institutions.

Mlodzik had served as warden at Waupun Correctional since being appointed last summer. The DOC says Mlodzik exhibits strong leadership qualities and a willingness to take on challenges.

Mason and Mlodzik begin their new roles on September 8th.
