(JUNEAU) A Mayville man was sentenced to five years in prison Tuesday for killing his roommate in 2019. David Allhands pleaded “no contest” to homicide by negligent use of a weapon. Five years is the maximum sentence allowed under state law. He’ll spend another five years under extended supervision. The victim was Nicholas Druecke, who graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 2007, served in the Army, and graduated from college in Texas.
