Mint Julep
In food processor, pulse ½ c. mint leaves and ¼ c. sugar until finely ground. Transfer to plate. Dip rim of chilled glass in water; then in mint sugar. Add 1 Tbsp. simple syrup and 3 mint leaves; fill with crushed ice, then 1 ½ oz. (3 Tbsp.) bourbon. Garnish with mint. Serves 1.
