(Beaver Dam) Leadership Beaver Dam recently began its 2024-2025 class. The community-focused program is designed to cultivate and empower local leaders. Participants engage in hands-on learning, tours, networking, and skill-building activities that prepare them to take active roles in shaping the future of the Beaver Dam area.
The program connects individuals with local businesses, nonprofits, and government leaders, fostering collaboration and civic engagement. The program meets for nine-day long sessions over the course of nine months where participants learn about Beaver Dam, its strengths, and the challenges the community faces. Participants will also be involved in community projects, utilizing the information and skills gained during the program.
Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tracy Propst highlighted some of the recent community projects that have come out of the Leadership program.
