Internet Services Expand In Randolph

(Randolph) Internet services have expanded in Randolph. Spectrum recently completed a $1.1-million-dollar network expansion project that brings gigabit internet speeds to residential customers and small business clients. As part of Wisconsin’s Broadband Expansion Grant Program, Spectrum was awarded roughly $100-thousand-dollars in funds to expand services to almost 775 homes in the village. Wisconsin PSC Chairwoman Rebecca Valcq says the Broadband Expansion Grant program is a great tool to help expand broadband access to underserved communities by supporting strong partnerships between municipalities and providers. She says they are pleased the grant has resulted in property and business-owners in Randolph having the high-speed broadband connections they need to improve the quality of their lives.
