(Horicon) The Horicon School District has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administrated by Energage LLC.
This confidential survey measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
District Superintendent Rich Appel highlights their commitment to cultivating a supportive and appreciative atmosphere for staff. He adds that they emphasize the positive environment that it takes to have staff feel valued and appreciated.
This recognition marks the first time the Horicon School District has been considered.
Apple adds that their school board, staff, and community have all played a critical role in helping Horicon be the best reflection of the positive environment that they all hope for their staff and students to be a part of.
