Horicon Man Guilty Of Possessing Child Porn

(Horicon) A Horicon man was found guilty Tuesday with possessing illicit images of children. Bryan Hartley entered a no contest plea to three felony counts of Child Pornography. Seven additional charges were dismissed but read into the record. The instant messaging app Kik generated a cyber complaint against two of its users that uploaded illegal pictures in April of 2020. The accounts were tied back to Hartley. Dodge County deputies executed a search warrant last September at Hartley’s residence and found a flash drive that contained illicit images. The 40-year-old faces up to 75 years in prison. A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for January 21.
