Half Of Wisconsin’s COVID Map is Red

(Madison) Half of Wisconsin’s coronavirus map is red. State health officials report 40 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties are reporting critically-high coronavirus case activity. That’s a measure of case burden and case trajectory. The Department of Health Services says 30 counties in Wisconsin are seeing their case activity rising. Dodge County is in the critically high category along with Jefferson, Columbia, Green Lake and Fond du Lac counties. Washington County is considered “very high.” Active community cases in Dodge County did decrease by 27 from Wednesday to Thursday and now stands at 775 with 246 deaths.
