9/4/12 – Gas prices should start declining as the nation’s oil and gas hub in the Gulf Coast slowly comes back online in the wake of Hurricane Isaac. The national average of a gallon of gas went up 11-cents to $3.83 last week as Issac threatened the coast and then swept ashore with high winds and flooding rains. In Wisconsin, the average was at 3.93 yesterday up seven cents from last week. It’s $3.89 in Beaver Dam, Mayville, Waupun and Fall River.
