(Beaver Dam) This Friday is the first day to start signing up for appointments to register in four-year-old or five-year-old Kindergarten in the Beaver Dam School District. Parents registering for four-year-old Kindergarten should bring a copy of their child’s birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency.
The appointments will be held over three days beginning on February 22. Children who are four years old on or before September 1, 2023 are eligible for 4K. Five-year-old Kindergarten students would only need to register if they are not currently registered in the district’s 4K program.
Registration dates for 5K are on March 1st and 2nd. Children who are five years old on or before September 1, 2023 are eligible for 5K. Registration forms are available on the district’s website for parents that wish to print and complete them prior to registration.
