(Jefferson County) A former Jefferson County deputy who lost her job is in trouble again. Janelle Gericke still faces charges from an alleged burglary in December. Investigators say she broke into people’s homes to rob them while they were away at funerals. Prosecutors filed new charges against Gericke for a break-in on Monday. The homeowner says he saw Gericke on his home surveillance camera, then noticed some missing hydrocodone medication.
