With four to eight inches of snow expected across the region today into tonight, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation reminds you to be respectful to snowplow drivers as they clear the roads. If you approach a plow, please remain patient and only pass when safe to do so. Motorists are required by law to stay at least 200 feet behind working snowplows on roads with a speed limit of more than 35 mph, and at least 75 feet on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less.
