(Dodge County) Wisconsin health officials are reporting an increase of 249 cases of COVID-19 in Monday’s daily update. The seven-day average is 305 daily infections. There are 25,068 people how having tested positive. Three-point-eight-percent (3.8%) of the 6,300 tests administered came back positive Monday, compared to 4.6-percent Sunday. State health officials have recorded one more death bringing that number to 745. Deaths accounted for three-percent of all cases in Wisconsin while 13-percent of those known to have contracted the virus needed to be hospitalized. Dodge County has five deaths and 437 cases, an increase of three from Sunday. The County had 76 negative tests returned for a running total of 8,724. Public health officials in Dodge County are actively monitoring 18 people while 190 have recovered. Washington County has seen 13 deaths with 322 positive tests. Fond du Lac County has six deaths on record and 295 positive tests to date. Jefferson County has four deaths 181 cases. There has been one death in Columbia County and 69 positive cases. Green Lake County has 24 cases.
