(Juneau) The Dodge County clerk of courts is retiring. Lynn Hron was first elected to the position in 2002 and she took office in January of 2003 after working in the Clerk of Courts Office since 1981.
Hron says she has been fortunate to have worked with many talented and knowledgeable individuals. She says the technological advances the court system has undergone throughout the last 40 years is remarkable, adding that she is proud to have been a part of the transition in Dodge County.
Dodge County Judge Brian Pfitzinger will appoint someone to assume the role until the end of the year. An election will be held in the fall to fill the vacancy.
