(Juneau) The deadline has been extended for Dodge County businesses to apply for assistance due to the lack of snow.
The deadline has been extended from April to at least July. Governor Tony Evers say they are continuing to work with Senator Tammy Baldwin and the federal partners to ensure Wisconsin businesses have every opportunity available to apply for federal relief for the economic hardships caused by this yearโs warm winter and lack of snow and says he is encouraging eligible folks to apply as they continue to monitor the situation.ย ย
Senator Tammy Baldwin says that anyone who lives in Wisconsin knows that snow is essential to the stateโs economy and the lack of it is a major blow to many of Wisconsinโs businesses.
