Dahmer’s Boyhood Home Up for Sale

Jeffrey Dahmer’s boyhood home is up for sale in northern Ohio. The Akron Beacon Journal says the three-bedroom house and a wooded lot are on the market for 329-thousand dollars. It’s located in Bath Ohio, near Akron. And it’s where Dahmer killed the first of 17 young men and boys between the late 1970’s and the early ‘90’s. Dahmer moved to Milwaukee in 1982, where he killed all but one of his victims. Dahmer’s parents bought the Ohio spread in 1968, when Jeffrey was eight. Its current owner is musician Chris Butler, who founded the group The Waitresses in the ‘80’s. Butler said he loved staying in the house once he got past the quote, “horror factor.” Dahmer was killed by a fellow inmate in the Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage in 1994
