Community Care Inc.’s Family Care Program Expands Into Dodge County

(Dodge County) Community Care Inc.’s Family Care Program has expanded into new areas including Dodge County. The expansion, which also includes Columbia, Green Lake, and Jefferson counties, allows Community Care to offer long-term care options for older adults and adults with disabilities.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services recently expanded Family Care and Family Care Partnership availability in south central Wisconsin, doubling the number of managed care organizations serving the region. With this expansion, nearly 8,000 Family Care members in the newly added counties now have increased choices for managing their long-term care.

Community Care CEO Kenneth Munson says this expansion allows them to provide personalized, high-quality care that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible.

Family Care is a Medicaid-managed long-term care program that provides a range of services, including personal care, home modifications, supportive home care, transportation, and therapy services.
