(Cambria) The Columbia County Health Department will be hosting a free walk-in Johnson and Johnson COVID vaccine clinic this Wednesday. County health officials say appointments are not necessary to receive a shot. Those interested in going must be 18 years of age and be able to stay on site for a 15-minute observation period after receiving the vaccine. Health officials also ask those in attendance practice social distancing and wear a mask. The clinic will be at the Cambria Fire Station located at 702 Elizabeth Street in Cambria from 11am to 6pm. The public is asked to park on the side of the building and follow directional signs to enter the facility.
