(FOND DU LAC) A child care worker in Fond du Lac faces charges after a three-month-old baby in her care broke her arm on Oct. 13. Police arrested a 32-year-old woman who worked at Lily Pad Day Care in Fond du Lac on Monday. Police say surveillance video caught her in the act. The suspect had not been formally charged as of Thursday morning.
