Cabin Fever Fest Returns To Beaver Dam Saturday

(Beaver Dam) An annual winter event returns to Beaver Dam Saturday. Cabin Fever Fest is being held throughout the downtown and city parks including Crystal Lake and Tahoe, highlighting local amenities like sledding and winter disc golf along with outdoor games and bonfires.

Nest Vitality has an Ice Sun catcher make and take, there is a jigsaw puzzle competition at the Watermark, a scavenger hunt with prizes at the Dodge County Historical Society, and a luminary lake walk sponsored by the Boy Scout Troop 6838.

Recreation Supervisor Joan Hohenstein with the Beaver Dam Community Activities and Services Department says a new activity will be a dogs and sled photo shoot. She says H2M2 Wisconsin rescues husky’s and malamutes. The group will be at Crystal Lake Park where visitors can take a picture in their sled with the dogs.

There will also be a vendor market, food, and s’mores.
