Beaver Dam Schools Set Dates for 4K and Kindergarten Enrollment

(BEAVER DAM) Families in the Beaver Dam Unified School District can start planning ahead as enrollment dates are now set for 4- and 5-year-old kindergarten.

The district will hold enrollment at the Educational Service Center, 400 E. Burnett St., in Beaver Dam. Enrollment for 4-year-old kindergarten will be mostly by appointment, with one walk-in option available on the final day. The online appointment calendar opens Feb. 2 on the districtโ€™s website.

Walk-in enrollment for 5-year-old kindergarten will be held in early March and is only for students who are not currently enrolled in the districtโ€™s 4K program.

Children who turn 4 on or before Sept. 1, 2026, are eligible for 4K. Children who turn 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2025, are eligible for kindergarten.

Parents should bring a certified birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency when enrolling. Enrollment forms and a list of acceptable residency documents are available online at the districtโ€™s website.

More information and contact details for district staff are included in the enrollment notice released this week.
