(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Parks and Forestry Department will soon begin to winterize the city’s parks. The parks crew will begin removing fishing piers from the Beaver Dam Lakes this coming week, weather permitting, starting Monday.
Two boat piers will remain at Tahoe Park and Waterworks Park until ice-up or until weather makes it necessary to remove them. Crews will also begin winterizing and closing all park restrooms for the end of the season around November 1st. For more information call 920-887-4623.
