(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Recreation Department is hosting a Made Fresh Meal Prep workshop focusing on Crock Pot Meals at the Watermark on Thursday, October 10th.
Those interested in attending will learn different quick and easy healthy meals that can be prepped in advance. Joan Hohenstein shared participants will be active during the workshop.
“So, it’s a hands-on workshop, you’re not going to sit and be talked to. You’re going to be chopping food and filling bags and learning how to do this more often on your own.”
There is a $10 charge for the workshop. The final Made Fresh Meal Prep Workshop of the fall season will focus on Healthy Thanksgiving food preparation on November 14th.
