7/11/17 – A Beaver Dam man is accused of having inappropriate contact with two minors. Roberto Rodriquez is facing two felony counts of First Degree Child Sexual Assault with a Person Under Age 12. According to the criminal complaint, two female minors along with a male juvenile went over to Rodriguez’s’ property to see his cat on July 5. The 32-year-old reportedly took the two girls, who were between the ages of six-to-eight, into his room and assaulted them. They returned the next day to see the cat and one of the minors was allegedly assaulted again. One of the victims told the male juvenile who then informed his parents. On Saturday, Rodriguez turned himself in. If convicted, Rodriquez faces 120 years in prison. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 20.
