(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Area Chamber of Commerce is honoring five distinguished individuals under the age of 40 at its dinner and awards gala on Wednesday, April 24th. The Bayside Supper Club will be hosting a celebration thatโs in its third year. These awards honor five of the Beaver Dam areaโs brightest leaders who have displayed success in their careers and around the community. Here are the 2024 Five under 40 recipients:ย ย
Cierra Kuhn (Marketing and Sales Representative at Good Karma Brands)
Cierra’s is continuously making a difference in the community as a Beaver Dam Chamber Ambassador, Co-Chair and founder of Jam by the Dam concert series, a Beaver Dam Scholarship Foundation Board Member, Treasurer of Dodge County Conservation KAMO along with various other volunteer roles. Kuhn is excited to see what the future holds. โYou know itโs so great to see the emerging leaders here in Beaver Dam that are choosing to invest their time and talent to make our community such a great place to live, work and play and I canโt wait to see what this group accomplishes,โ she said.ย

John Henry IV (The John Henry Companies LLC)
Starting as a solo gig, John has expanded his company and is creating employment opportunities along the way. He is heavily invested in professional organizations like the Hardscape Mentor program and the Lawntrepreneur Academy demonstrates his commitment to continuous learning and industry leadership.ย

Dustan Minnig (Inter-Quest Operations Manager)
Dustan ensures that the wide range of services Inter-Quest provides is well organized. He also emphasizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Dustan actively engages in community initiatives like Habitat for Humanity’s Electronics Recycling event, the adopt-a-park program at Swan City Park and the Swan City Park security system.ย

Patty Sanchez Walker (HR Manager at Specialty Cheese)
Patty has built a reputation for engaging with and advocating for Spanish speakers. Her emphasis on thorough training, community resources, and collaboration with partner agencies is unique and impactful. As a devoted volunteer Board Member at PAVE, Patty’s swift and decisive action during a critical period at PAVE, leveraging her HR expertise, ensured the organization’s stability and growth during various challenges.ย

Ashley Tracy (HR Manager at John Deere)
Ashley has led a significant 17% pts increase in diverse representation in the workforce at Deere. She is active in LGBTQ+ advocacy, Mental Health First-Aider, Women in Manufacturing, and community engagement resource groups, she fosters inclusion. Ashley has spearheaded cross-functional projects over the years. Her committment also extends to charitable initiatives like the Dodge Co. Toy Drive, Gator Wars judging, and FFA Nationals judging.ย
