(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Fire Department Explorers are hosting a brat fry Saturday, October 26th. It takes place from 11am to 3pm at the Beaver Dam Fire Department located at 205 South Lincoln Avenue.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the Beaver Dam Fire Department’s cadet program, which is open to all public, private, and homeschooled students in grades –nine-through-12. There is no cost to join the program. Beaver Dam Fire Department Cadet Program Lead Advisor Anthony Kuenzi shared attendees can enjoy a sweet fall favorite.
“We’ll have brats, burgers, and hot dogs. And Another thing that we’ll have this year that we also had last year, we’ll have a caramel apple sundae bar. It’s going to be great. It was a great hit last year, you know sliced apples, hot caramel, and an assortment of toppings. It’s always a good hit.”
The brat fry will be taking place outside at the Henry Street Entrance. Ambulances and fire trucks will be on display.
