(JUNEAU) Time is running out if you are getting help with Medicare open enrollment through the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Dodge County. Packets are due at the Juneau office by Friday. While the actual deadline is Dec. 7, ACRC staff need time to enter your information into the Medicare website before your appointment.
“We have to type in all of your medications and that takes time,” said ADRC Elder/Disability Benefit Specialist Jennie Farmer. “And the harder it is for us to be able to read your handwriting, or if your medications are inaccurate on the list, the harder it is for us to take care of that.”
Medicare Advantage or Medicare prescription drug packets can be delivered in person at the ADRC office at 199 County Road DF in Juneau. They can also be sent by email or fax, but they must be in by Friday, Nov. 21.
