SEPTEMBER 2ND – BLUEBERRY POPSICLE

Cran-Banana-Blueberry Pops

2 c. fresh blueberries

2 ripe bananas

1 ¾ c. cranberry juice cocktail, divided

¼ c. white sugar

Combine blueberries, bananas, and ¾ c. cranberry juice in blender; blend 20 seconds. Pour mixture through fine-mesh strainer, pressing with spatula, to remove skins, if desired. Rinse blender; pour strained liquid back into blender with remaining cranberry juice and sugar. Blend another 20 seconds. Pour into molds; freeze at least 4 hours.
