(Beaver Dam) Wisconsin Lottery officials have announced the winner of a prize-winning ticket sold at a Beaver Dam Kwik Trip. Thomas Tlougan of Lowell is the winner of the $125,000 Holly Jolly Raffle Lotto game top prize.
Purchased at the Kwik Trip on 2006 North Spring Street, Tlougan claimed his big win on Tuesday at the Madison Lottery office. The odds of winning the 2024 Holly Jolly Raffle top prize were one-in-150,000.
This is not the first time a big winning ticket has been purchased from the Beaver Dam Kwik Trip. Since 2019, the store has sold winning $45,000 and $500,000 scratch tickets and a winning $10,000 Mega Millions ticket.
