Wisconsin DOT Seeks Input On Interstates In Columbia

(Poynette) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is seeking public input on improvements along Interstate 39/90/94 in Columbia County. The project, which will start from Highway 60 in Arlington and go until County Road CS in Poynette, will patch existing concrete.

It will also replace the beam guard, and clean drainage pipes. A mill and overlay will take place on the County Road CS interchange.

I-39/90/94 will remain open to traffic while being constructed with off-peak lane closures and limited ramp closures. Work on County Road CS will take place under flagging operations.

All persons interested in the project are encouraged to view the stateโ€™s website and provide input by contacting project staff via email, postal mail, or phone. Public comments will assist the DOT in developing a project that will serve the needs of the traveling public and community. Construction is currently scheduled for 2027.
