Wisconsin Department Of Health Sunday COVID Update

(Dodge County) Wisconsin health officials are reporting 464 positive coronavirus cases in Sunday’s daily update. There are 7,721 active cases in the state, a decrease of 320 from Saturday. Active cases make up 1.4-percent of the 563-thousand people who have tested positive to date. So far, there have been 549-thousand recoveries.

State health officials recorded no deaths and that number remains unchanged at 6,412. Deaths account for 1.1-percent of all cases in Wisconsin while 4.6-percent of those known to have contracted the virus needed to be hospitalized. Of the two-million people who have died worldwide, the CDC says 512-thousand people have died in the United States.

Dodge County has experienced 155 deaths and 11,411 cases, a one-day increase of 14 positive tests.

Washington County has seen 134 deaths, along with 13,746 cases to date.

Fond du Lac County has reported 93 deaths with 11,982 positive tests on record.

Jefferson County has recorded 111 deaths and 7,870 cases to date.

Columbia County has reported 51 deaths and 5,031 positive tests.

Green Lake County has 18 deaths with 1,525 cases on record.
