Wilke Named States Top Senior Wing Player

Beaver Dam High School senior Maty Wilke has been named Wisconsin’s top senior wing player by wissports.net.  The University of Wisconsin signee averaged 21.8 points per game this season when she suffered a season ending knee injury on December 14th.

Wilke wrapped up her BDHS career with 1,299 points, 518 rebounds, 378 assists and 251 steals. The Golden Beavers were 86 and 6 during her prep career and never loss a WIAA tournament game.


Beaver Dam senior Natalie Jens was a finalist for the “Top Point Guard” award.  Marshall’s Anna Lutz was a finalist for the “Top Post Player” and Marshall’s Laura Nickel was a finalist for the “Top Defender” award.
