Wayne A. Johll, age 54, of Watertown, died peacefully on Monday, December 28, 2020 at UW Hospital in Madison.
There will be a visitation at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church on Monday, January 4, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Monday at 12:00 noon with Fr. Sergio Lizama officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
Wayne Alan Johll was born on August 17, 1966 in Cuba City, Wisconsin to John F. and Judith A. Johll. He graduated from Dodgeland High School and attended Culinary Institute of America in New York. Wayne was the executive Pastry Chef at Houston Hilton and worked in various other bakery positions throughout the United States, making many friends along the way. He loved to bass fish and spend most of his down time on his bass boat. He liked gardening and canning. Wayne was well liked by everyone.
Wayne is survived by his father, John Johll of Ixonia; his sisters, Lynn (Randy) Randall of Beaver Dam, Lori (Mark) Boettcher of St. Joseph, Michigan, and Lisa (Quint) Keel of Reeseville; his nieces and nephews, Christopher Randall, Jonathan (Katie Iwanski) Randall, George Randall, Matthew and Benjamin Keel, John III and Kayleigh Johll, Nicole, Eric and Andrew Boettcher, Jeremy Johll, and Jordan and Jayson Boatman; his great nieces, Guinevere and Savannah; sisters-in-law, Lynn Johll and Vickie Johll; his best friend, Sean, from Kansas City; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Wayne was preceded in death by his mother Judy in 2001; brothers, John “Freddy” in 2002, and Justin in 2017.
