(Waupun) The Waupun Police Department is highlighting recent bike thefts in the city. Authorities are taking this time to remind citizens to secure their property when not in use.
They note that one of the stolen bicycles that was recovered had a city of Waupun bike license plate on it. So, police were able to return it to its rightful owner in a quick fashion. Law enforcement add that if anyone needs a bicycle license, they are sold at the police department at 16 East Main Street in Waupun for $3.
