(Waupun) A 27-year-old Waupun man was cited for hit-and-run after going off the road and hitting a garage before fleeing from the scene Sunday evening. Police got a call to 125 North Drummond Street at 8:13 pm. Deputy Chief Jeremy Rasch says roads were slick, but they aren’t sure if that was the cause of the accident that led to extensive damage of the garage. The SUV driver was located a few hours after the accident. The driver was cited for hit-and-run and failing to report an accident.
