Visitor Restrictions Now In Place At Waupun Memorial Hospital

(Waupun) Waupun Memorial Hospital has implemented visitor restrictions due to the evolving coronavirus pandemic. The hospital is not allowing any visitors to inpatients and to the intensive care unit, unless in end-of-life situations. Only essential caregivers are allowed to accompany patients in the clinic. There is limited visitors in the emergency department and no one under 16-years-of-age is permitted. Also, only one primary support person in the Women and Infants wing. The hospital says all visitors will be screened prior to admission and must be in good health, with no signs of a respiratory infection such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat. All restrictions and limitations are in place until further notice.
