(Beaver Dam) A popular event featuring two local radio legends is returning Friday night. Last May, John Moser and Bill McCollum took to the stage for a One Night Stand tell-all. The two recounted various war stories from their years together and some of the hijinks they got into during their combined 100 years in broadcasting. WBEV and 95X Station Manager Ryan Gabel says the program will include a different format from last year’s event. Because of the current pandemic, John and Bill will be broadcasting from their home. The sequel is titled “2 for the Road with John and Bill” and will be cohosted by Good Karma Brands Founder and Chief Executive Officer Craig Karmazin alongside WBEV/95X Director of Operations Craig Warmbold. While the show’s name has already been decided, during a recent Community Comment Gabel, Karmazin and Warmbold offered a few different ideas. Suggestions included Sloppy Seconds, Two Timers and Walk of Shame. Gabel says John and Bill are excited to once again lift the veil and give listeners a look into their entertaining past.
