(FOND DU LAC) A man accused of killing a motorcyclist on purpose in Fond du Lac last year has been ruled not competent to stand trial. A judge ruled Tuesday that Mark Snider of Eden is unable to help in his own defense. Police say Snider swerved his truck into the path of Eli Sowin’s motorcycle on March 28, 2025. The case against Snider is on hold while he undergoes mental health evaluation and treatment.
