(Portland) A week-long jury trial is slated to begin Monday for a former Reeseville man accused of assaulting two minors in Dodge County. Terry Gould, who is now listed at a Fitchburg address according to CCAP, is facing nine felony charges including Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child, Sexual Intercourse with a Child, and Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
According to the criminal complaint, Gould inappropriately touched the victims on multiple occasions. One of the victims allegedly said that it happened (quote) “more times that he could count on his fingers and toes.”
Gould has also been charged with nine felonies in Green County ranging from Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child to Trafficking of a Child. In that case, he has a four-day jury trial slated to begin on October 24th.
If convicted on the charges he faces in Dodge County, the 48-year-old faces 280 years in prison.
